Nate grew up in Manchester, Vermont and attended Burr and Burton Academy before receiving a BSBA with a focus in Finance and a minor in Chinese from the University of Vermont in 2020. This included a 3 month language immersion program in Qingdao, China. Nate joined Hoogenboom Wealth Management after gaining experience in insurance and fixed retirement solutions. Prior to that, he worked in software development and spent a summer as an analyst for a biotech hedge fund. Nate believes in investing with the future in mind, and is always searching for disruptive investment opportunities that will shape our future. In his free time, he enjoys snowboarding, playing chess, and spending time with friends and family on Martha's Vineyard.
